Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your order from Thimble and Trinket. If something isn’t right, here's how our returns and refunds work:

Cooling-Off Period

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind.
  • To request a return, email us via our contact form with your order number.
  • Once approved, you must send the return within 14 days.

Condition of Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for complete mystery bundles. We don't offer voluntary refunds or returns for individual items within a bundle.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • We cannot accept returns of:
    • Perishable goods (e.g. food or drink items)
    • Personal care or hygiene items once opened
    • Customised or personalised items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
  • We refund the cost of the goods. Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate only.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery.
  • In these cases we’ll replace or refund the affected item(s) or the full bundle, and cover all return and delivery costs.

How to Return

  1. Email us via the contact form with your order number to request a return.
  2. Repack your bundle securely.
  3. Send it to us.
  4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is complete.
