Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your order from Thimble and Trinket. If something isn’t right, here's how our returns and refunds work:
Cooling-Off Period
- Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind.
- To request a return, email us via our contact form with your order number.
- Once approved, you must send the return within 14 days.
Condition of Returns
- Returns are accepted only for complete mystery bundles. We don't offer voluntary refunds or returns for individual items within a bundle.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- We cannot accept returns of:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food or drink items)
- Personal care or hygiene items once opened
- Customised or personalised items
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
- We refund the cost of the goods. Original delivery charges are refunded at the standard rate only.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery.
- In these cases we’ll replace or refund the affected item(s) or the full bundle, and cover all return and delivery costs.
How to Return
- Email us via the contact form with your order number to request a return.
- Repack your bundle securely.
- Send it to us.
- Keep proof of postage until your refund is complete.
