Welcome to Thimble and Trinket. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thimbleandtrinket.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Thimble & Trinket (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom. Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent/guardian to use this Site.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its proper working.

3. Products and Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours and images accurately, but variations may occur.

4. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase goods from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made at checkout using one of the accepted payment methods displayed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days and return the items to us in their original condition, with packaging sealed. You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.
    • We cannot accept partial returns or offer partial refunds. Due to the nature of our mystery bundles, the package must be returned in full.
  • Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Individual items from Mystery Scoops (due to their surprise nature)
    • Personalised or customised products
    • Perishable goods or items sealed for hygiene reasons (if unsealed)
  • If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

7. Add-Ons and Mystery Scoops

  • Mystery Scoops are curated surprise boxes and contents will vary. By purchasing, you accept that items are chosen at random.
  • Sales of Mystery Scoops are final and non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Add-On items may be purchased alongside Mystery Scoops but are subject to the same returns policy as outlined above.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of goods.
  • Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods in that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Thimble and Trinket Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
