Every bundle has a total RRP of at least the price you pay, with most bundles exceeding it - some by quite a significant amount!
Leave colour or theme requests in the Special Requests box - but please remember that we can't guarantee every request! If there are items you'd prefer not to receive, you can list them politely in the same box. We just asks that requests stay fair and balanced - it's a mystery box after all! 💖

When ordering, you'll have the option to select:
- 💜 No Sanrio Please - we'll make sure your bundle doesn't feature any.
- 🩷 Sanrio Accepted - if we have Sanrio options available for your random pick, we may include them! Please note - not all capsule options have a Sanrio option available, so your bundle may still arrive without some.
All of our Sanrio & Hello Kitty items are authentic and fully licensed, sourced from trusted distributors.
Good to Know
- To add more capsules, simply increase your quantity when purchasing.
- Suitable for ages 5 and up. If a Speks ball is chosen, the recepient must be at least 14 years old. If they are not, another option will be selected instead.
- Stocked items change frequently. The list below is not an extensive one and subject to changes. If you have a particular request, please be sure to include it.
⚠️ Warning: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts may present a choking hazard. For use under adult supervision only. Products damaged through rough or excessive use cannot be returned or refunded.
